Events

Volunteers

“Come and fill these chairs and be part of our team!”

STOGA relies on the generosity of volunteers, particularly for its open gardens event. Volunteers must join the Association to be covered by the Association’s insurances but are entitled to free membership for any financial year in which they volunteer more than two hours of their time. If you are interested in volunteering to assist the Association to meet its charitable objects please contact us.

Garden Owners

“My Garden is my most beautiful masterpeice”– Claude Monet

Do you have a garden which you would like to share? Doing so will greatly assist STOGA to meet its charitable objectives. To benefit from STOGA’s insurances, Garden Owners must be members. However, they are entitled to free membership in the financial year in which they open their garden. If you are interested, please contact us.

With thanks

STOGA wishes to express its thanks to Open Gardens Canberra who have not stinted in their generous provision of advice and encouragement but have also provided our Association with considerable financial assistance without which the Goulburn Spring Gardens event could not have been realised.

Open Gardens Canberra offers a range of open gardens, in Canberra and surrounding areas, throughout the year which can be visited by joining the Association or paying a garden entry fee. Please visit the Open Gardens Canberra website for further information.
